BDC Agent in the Business Development Center

We're looking for an Internal BDC Agent in the Business Development Center!
Summary: Reporting to the New and Pre-Owned Sales Managers, the Business Development Center (BDC) Representative is responsible for relaunching sales opportunities for the New and Pre-Owned Departments, and assists the Renewal Manager by implementing a relaunch strategy. He/she communicates with customers by phone, email, SMS, etc., with the ultimate goal of influencing the consumer to (re)walk through the dealership doors.
Main responsibilities :
Coordination of sales opportunities
Follow-up on previous day's walk-out customers
Identification and follow-up of all potential customers - owners of older models, financing customers
24-hour post-delivery follow-up for CSI satisfaction
Assist the renewal department with an annual follow-up at the lease anniversary date.
This follow-up will ultimately lead to the management of appointments with the assigned representative. Organization of subsequent visits until the end of the term.
Any other follow-up tasks requested by management.
