Mazda MX-30
April 15 2021, Miguel Damaso
Based on the CX-30, the Mazda MX-30 becomes the very first electric vehicle in our range. It offers the same visual signature as the other models of the brand, the same DNA and the same driving pleasure that have contributed to the success of Mazda models over the years.
Thanks to new technology developed entirely by Mazda, its electric motor develops 107 kilowatts, or the equivalent of 144 horsepower, and produces a torque of 200 pound-feet. Power will be transmitted to the front wheels, and Mazda is not planning an all-wheel-drive version at this time. The engine will be mated to a 35.5 kilowatt-hour lithium-ion battery, giving it an estimated range of just over 200 kilometers, although this remains to be confirmed following EPA testing.
